The property comprised a modern distribution warehouse on the M8 to the East of Glasgow in need of refurbishment. James, identified the opportunity, negotiated the price, carried out all due diligence including preparation of scope of refurbishment works required.  Two years after purchase and following the refurbishment the unit was sold at a price reflecting a profit on cost of 20%.

The Parade, Cobham

A parade comprising high street retail units and a Waitrose supermarket in the affluent London suburb of Cobham. The property was bought and held over a number of years whilst the tenant mix and rents were improved. The property was sold for £30m in 2006 for a profit well in excess of 100%
