The company is opportunistic but focusses on investment opportunities in the commercial property sector. Our team has over 80 years of property experience gained over many cycles along with specialist finance expertise.

Portfolio

The company either invests in its own right or with partners and now manages circa £25m of commercial real estate that produces over £2m per annum in rent from properties in the industrial, office and retail sectors. It continues to expand and is seeking further investment opportunities.
